<li class="li2">by presenting your smart phone to the usher at the cinema, where the ticket has been emailed to you and the ticket is displayed on your smart phone. The unique barcode on the ticket can only be used once;</li>
<li class="li2">by printing the ticket at home and presenting the print-out at the ticket-tearing point to gain admission to Heide. The unique barcode on the ticket can only be used once.</li>

Whistleblower Policy

Entries via Instagram photograph post only. One entry allowed per valid Instagram account. Instagram posts must include &#8216;#MoltoBelloHeide&#8217; and tag @heidemoma to be deemed valid. One winning entry will be drawn on the following dates: 10am Monday 28 October, 10am Monday 2 December, 10am Monday 13 January, 10am Monday 24 February. Winner will be drawn at the discretion of Heide Museum of Modern Art. Winners will be notified by direct message to the Instagram account used to post the entry. Prize collection to be organised by direct message for in person collection at Heide Museum of Modern Art, or via standard mail. Competition prizes cannot be exchanged and are non-transferable.

Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering Heide Museum of Modern Art premises (including Heide I, Heide II, Heide III, gardens and Sculpture Park), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Entry:
All visitors to Heide’s buildings must observe the following:
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li1">At all times, carry a valid ticket and present this ticket to Heide staff on entry to any of the buildings or when asked to do so.</li>
<li class="li1">Do not touch, or in any other way, interfere with artwork on display.</li>
<li class="li1">Do not use tripods (including “selfie sticks”) flash or lighting equipment without the express permission of Heide.</li>
<li class="li1">Do not smoke in any of the building/s</li>
<li class="li1">Do not eat or drink in artwork display areas</li>
<li class="li1">Do not bring animals into the buildings, except for Guide Dogs and other registered assistance animals.</li>
<li class="li1">Upon entry, deposit at the Information Desk/s in Heide I, II and/or III, any backpacks, umbrellas, food or drink, large toys or game equipment (balls, cricket bats, etc) or any other object larger than 56cm x 36cm x 36cm, as directed by Heide Museum of Modern Art staff.</li>
<li class="li1">Supervise children at all times</li>
<li class="li1">Wear footwear at all times</li>
<li class="li1">Use a graphite pencil (not pens or paints) when taking notes or sketching in artwork display areas.</li>
</ul>
All visitors to Heide’s grounds (including the gardens, Sculpture Park and courtyard areas) must observe the following:

<li class="li1">Refrain from climbing on sculptures</li>
<li class="li1">Refrain from walking on tended gardens and removing flowers and/or plants</li>
<li class="li1">Take rubbish with you when you leave</li>
<li class="li1">Keep dogs on leads at all times</li>
<li class="li1">Be careful of snakes and bees and respect all wildlife</li>
<li class="li1">Do not play ball games or ride skateboards, scooters or bicycles in pedestrian areas</li>
<li class="li1">Supervise children at all times</li>
<li class="li1">Walk with care, Heide paths are made from compressed gravel and can be slippery</li>
</ul>
Heide Museum of Modern Art reserves the right to:
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li1">exclude or remove the public or any other person from the grounds or any building managed or controlled by Heide Museum of Modern Art;</li>
<li class="li1">inspect any bag, luggage or object upon entry to and before leaving Heide Museum of Modern Art; and</li>
<li class="li1">use Security Closed Circuit Television cameras throughout Heide Museum of Modern Art.</li>

Whenever you are on the Heide Museum of Modern Art premises you must:

<li class="li1">Comply with any rules or polices, established by Heide Museum of Modern Art, which are in existence at the time of your visit.</li>
<li class="li1">Conduct yourself in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of Heide Museum of Modern Art, does not interfere with, disrupt or offend other persons on Heide’s premises</li>
